It emanates from Sean Frasier every time he steps on the field. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Whether he's back to return a punt or stationed in the defensive secondary,
this King's College Monarch always wants to - make something happen. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ``That's the first thing that comes to my mind,'' he said. ``My dad (James)
told me, `You got the ability to make plays, so keep playing and think that
way, think positive.' '' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Frasier, a junior, is arguably the most exciting player in the Middle
Atlantic Conference. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 On punts, he's fearless, fair catches are rare occurrences. And it's
nothing for him to take a punt and head to the sideline, shake, juke, then
reverse his field and take off to the opposite side in a never-ending effort
to elude the opponent's coverage team. It's his 4.5-second speed in the
40-yard dash that allows him to do such maneuvering. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``He's the type of kid that he thinks he can score every time he touches
the football,'' said King's coach Rich Mannello. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Defensively, from his strong safety position, no opposing offensive player
is safe. He takes turns making sacks, tackling ball carriers and blanketing
receivers. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Frasier, a 5-foot-9, 185-pounder, lettered as a freshman, but established
himself last season. He was named first-team MAC Freedom Conference cornerback
after registering 61 tackles, with two interceptions and a team-high eight
pass breakups. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 This season, the 20-year-old Levittown native made the transition to strong
safety. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``You talk about an unselfish move,'' Mannello said. ``He goes from a
comfort zone of being first team All-MAC last year at corner and moving to, in
a lot of people's opinion, the hardest position in football, outside defender
in the eight-man front. The whole defense revolves around that position,
that's the guy that's put on an island every snap.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 The move has paid off as Frasier has 62 tackles, and school single-season
records of 18 pass break-ups and five interceptions. Last week against
Albright, he showed his heart. After fumbling twice on punt returns, he came
back with 12 tackles, four sacks and an interception. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``It's that real competitive spirit that he has and you look at what
happened Saturday and here's where he's matured as a football player,''
Mannello said. ``He had a tough day on the punt returns and when he was
younger that would affect him for a series or two on defense. He helped take
over that game on defense.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Both Frasier and Mannello agree, that on punt returns, he has a tendency to
disrupt the coaching staff's heart rhythms with his aggressiveness. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``There's a fine line there and he's learning how to walk on that fine line
now,'' Mannello said. ``There aren't very many kids that play college football
that would go back there and return punts. Now you could find a ton of kick
returners, a fraction of those would be able to return punts.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 He averages 8.9 yards per return and has a long of 44 this season. His
anticipation and field sense are important components for a good return. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``You have to have court vision just like in basketball,'' Frasier said.
``You have to see everything, you got to see the hole quickly.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Wilkes University fans will remember Frasier as the player who broke open
last season's meeting. Mannello put Frasier in the game as a kickoff returner
in the hopes of getting a big play out of him. Frasier took the opening
kickoff of the second half a school-record 87 yards for a touchdown that gave
the Monarchs a 14-0 lead en route to a 20-0 victory. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 ``It's a big game for the program, it's a good rivalry between the two
schools,'' Frasier said of today's meeting. ``It's a little town and two small
schools going at each other.'' &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
