The grandmother and granddaughter injured in a fire Tuesday in the Parsons
section of Wilkes-Barre greatly improved Wednesday, hospital officials said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Alda Shilkoski, 54, was upgraded to stable condition at Geisinger Wyoming
Valley Medical Center in Plains Township. Her granddaughter, Hailey Taylor, 4,
was listed in good condition Wednesday night at Children's Hospital of
Philadelphia. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The girl was found unconscious on her bedroom floor at 21 Espy St. after a
TV cord set the house on fire. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
