The Commission of Economic Opportunity recently helped provide meals and
groceries to 5,372 families in need throughout Luzerne County. This year, the
commission was assisted by the Young Lawyers Division of the Wilkes-Barre Law
&amp; Library Association, whose efforts helped CEO provide assistance to 4,532
