We&#8217;re talking about kids. And be sure to send us photos.
The Times Leader is presenting a Cutest Kids contest online with cash prizes available for the top vote recipients in six categories as well as an overall winner.
It&#8217;s free and free is good.
Starting Sunday, June 2, photos of those cute kids can be uploaded to this website, www.timesleader.com. Click on the link for the contest and follow the instructions.
Voting will follow later in the month. Winners will be announced on July 14.
The categories are: 0 to 12 months; 1 to 2 years; 2 to 4 years; 4 to 6 years; 6 to 9 years; and 9 to 12 years.
The winner of each category will receive a $70 cash prize. An overall winner will be chosen and awarded a $175 cash prize.
Each category will have a sponsor. So far, Edible Arrangements is sponsoring the 6-to-9-years category.
Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, neighbors &#8212; heck, even the pet dog and goldfish &#8212; can submit an entry and vote, too.
Mount a campaign on Twitter, Facebook and other social media for your favorite kid. Everyone can monitor the changing contest voting online and in print.
More details will be published in print and online throughout the contest period.
