PLYMOUTH &mdash; Police arrested a man they say strangled his wife after she refused to have sex with him on Sunday.
				Willard Billing Jr., 53, of Plymouth, was taken into custody by police and charged with multiple offenses, including felony strangulation, after officers responded to a Nottingham Street residence for a reported domestic dispute Sunday night.
				According to the criminal complaint:
				Plymouth and Larksville officers responded to the home around 8 p.m. Sunday for a report of a male and female physical domestic dispute.
				Once there, they made contact with Bidding&rsquo;s wife, who was in her vehicle getting ready to leave the residence.
				When officers asked her why she was trying to leave, she told them that Bidding had asked her to have sex with him, which she refused to do.
				Upon her refusal, Bidding became irate and grabbed his wife by the neck, attempting to strangle her. Bidding&rsquo;s wife also told officers that, while he was strangling her, Bidding said that he &ldquo;wanted her to die.&rdquo;
				Police on scene observed recent physical injury, including bright redness on both sides of the victim&rsquo;s neck, consistent with strangulation.
				Bidding was located inside his residence, and told officers that nothing had happened. At this point, he was taken into custody.
				He was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge James M. Dixon and charged with felony strangulation, along with misdemeanor counts of making terroristic threats and simple assault and a summary offense of harassment.
				Bidding previously was arrested in 2018 and charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats after a widely shared video appeared to show him yelling racial slurs and taunts at another man on Sylvanus Street in Wilkes-Barre.
				He was transported to Luzerne County Correctional Facility for failure to post $15,000 in bail, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 24.
