December 25, 2004 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Mrs. Dorothy A. Roberts, 85, of Holiday Drive, Green Acres, Kingston, died
on Saturday at her apartment. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Born in Nanticoke, she was a daughter of the late Sophia Bush and Albert
Schimmel. She attended Nanticoke schools. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Mrs. Roberts had formerly resided on South Maple Avenue, Kingston, for 29
years. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Automatic Cigarette Co.
for 14 years. Her husband, Carl E. Roberts, died in 1996. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 She was a member of First Baptist Church, Wilkes-Barre, and a former member
of Serve Your City Club. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Surviving ~are a niece, Barbara Schall, Hunlock Creek, and several cousins. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Fern Knoll Burial Park,
Dallas, with the Rev. Donald A. Roberts Sr. officiating. Interment will
follow. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Arrangements are by Hugh B. Hughes &amp; Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming
Ave., Forty Fort. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
