Twins' Plouffe has concussion, on 7-day DL

First Posted: 5/23/2013 LUNGevity Foundation&#8217;s Breathe Deep NEPA&#8217;s 5K Walk/Fun Run in memory of Allan Makowski will be held on Saturday at Kirby Park. Check-in for the event begins at 9 a.m. at the Martz Pavilion. The program starts at 10 a.m. and the walk/run begins at 10:30 a.m., rain or shine. LUNGevity, the nation&#8217;s largest lung cancer-focused nonprofit, hosts the event to raise awareness and funds for earlier detection and more effective treatments of lung cancer.
