A large drug bust early Sunday morning led to the arrest of five people and
the seizure of $2,800, 145 bags of heroin, crack cocaine, cell phones, drug
paraphernalia and drug packaging equipment, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Police said Stacey Fritsky-Devens, 32, of Dallas; Nicholas Devens, 36, of
Harveys Lake; Ryan Pinkney, 34, aka "Peanut," of Jersey City, N.J.; Jermaine
Freeman, 22, of Jersey City, N.J.; and Takeala Wilson, 26, of Jersey City,
N.J., were each arrested on several felony counts, including possession with
intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver cocaine and
criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver heroin and
cocaine (each one count). &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; They were also arrested on several misdemeanor charges, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 After a month-long investigation, members of the Luzerne County Drug Task
Force, the Kingston Narcotics Unit and the Dallas Township Police Department
executed a search warrant for 277 Ransom Road, a home belonging to the father
of Stacey Devens, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Pinkney, the ring leader, who is on state parole in New Jersey for felony
drug charges, was transporting an estimated $5,000 to $10,000 worth of heroin
and crack each week to be distributed throughout the Back Mountain, Kingston
and Pittston areas, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Pinkney would bring the shipment of narcotics and stay at the residence of
Stacy Devens where he would sell the drugs himself and distribute drugs to
others to sell, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 Also in the residence at the time of the bust were Indya Holmes, 26, who
was later released, and a 6-year-old female who was released to Luzerne County
Children Youth Services and remains in its custody, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 All five defendants were sent to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility
for failing to post $100,000 straight bail. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
 They are scheduled to appear in front of District Judge James Tupper in
Trucksville at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for a preliminary hearing. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
