Brian Kerpovich, 18, of Dallas, was one of several people who shared their success stories at the Luzerne County Juvenile Justice Week ceremony Monday at the courthouse. This is the fifth year for Juvenile Justice Week, which was established to show the success of the juvenile justice program. Kerpovich, who ended his probation two years ago, said the program helped him to set his life straight after he was caught with drugs in school. He is a freshman at Lackawanna College, where he is majoring in criminal justice and playing football. Another success story was related by Marki Feichter, 20, who was unable to attend Monday&rsquo;s ceremony because of a class requirement but she made sure her story was still shared. Feichter was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She went through the probation program and is now a triple major at Wilkes University, majoring in sociology, criminology and philosophy. She is active in college clubs and made the dean&rsquo;s list every semester.
