More than 85 family members of Cub Scout Pack 232, Gate of Heaven, Dallas, attended a Welcome Back to Scouting picnic held at Frances Slocum State Park. New Tiger Cub Scouts, who are in the first grade, were the guests of current Scouts. Boys in grades first through fifth are eligible to join as well as leaders.
