The Wyoming Valley Interfaith Council will commemorate its 30th anniversary of service to the community at its annual Thanksgiving luncheon to be held at noon on Nov. 19 at the Woodlands Inn &amp; Resort, state Route 315, Plains Township. The Interfaith Council will present this year&rsquo;s Citation of Distinction Award to State Rep. Phyllis Mundy.
