WILKES-BARRE &mdash; Mayor George Brown announced Pennsylvania American Water and UGI will pave a total of 22 streets within the city where they upgraded utilities.
				In the spring PAWC will pave:
				&#8226; Spruce Street from McLean to Blackman streets.
				&#8226; McLean Street from Hazle to Spruce streets.
				&#8226; Brown Street from Blackman to Stanton streets.
				&#8226; High Street from Blackman to Dana streets.
				&#8226; Holland Street from Bruce Lane to High Street.
				&#8226; Bruce Lane from Parrish to Holland streets.
				&#8226; Westminster Street from Hanover to Thomas streets.
				&#8226; Collins Street from Holland to Parrish streets.
				&#8226; Dana Street from High to Hazle streets.
				&#8226; Mayock Street from East Main Street to the Plains Township line.
				&#8226; Cleveland Street from East Main to East Thomas streets.
				&#8226; Finn Street from East Main to Brazil streets.
				PAWC will pave Stanton Street from Arch to High streets in the summer.
				Later this year UGI will pave:
				&#8226; North Main Street from Hollenback and Elm streets.
				&#8226; Barney Street from Brook to Division streets.
				In addition, PAWC scheduled utility upgrades and paving later this year for:
				&#8226; Kidder Street from Conyngham Avenue to Bowman streets.
				&#8226; North Meade Street from Coal to Hillside streets.
				&#8226; Dock Lane from North Empire to Custer streets.
				&#8226; Hickory Street from Dana to Hill streets.
				&#8226; South Fulton Street from Rose to Puritan lanes.
				&#8226; Columbus Avenue from Hickory Street to South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.
				&#8226; Hanover Street from Carey Avenue to Old River Road.
