Leadership Hazleton students are conducting a two-phase fundraising campaign to restore and improve Ferrwood Music Camp. Ferrwood upholds the legacy of its founder, the late Rev. Joseph Ferrara, by offering musical instruction in the summer. The goal is to raise $3,000 by March 12. The first phase will refurbish between 20 and 25 benches that are at the camp while the second phase will improve signage. Donors may send a check made payable to Leadership Hazleton to: Leadership Hazleton, Citiscape, 20 W. Broad St., Hazleton, PA 18201. Donations of more than $100 can include a one-line phrase to be placed on a bench plaque. For more information, contact Leadership Hazleton at 455-1509.
