Salvation Army honors kettle participants
The Salvation Army&rsquo

As part of The Blue Ribbon Foundation of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania&rsquo;s &lsquo;Access to Health Care for the Uninsured and Underinsured Initiative,&rsquo; Scranton Primary Health Care Center, Inc. recently received a $20,000 grant. The funds will help at least 1,275 uninsured and underinsured patients from seven counties across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
