WILKES-BARRE — City police Friday released pictures of an unknown man stealing fencing from a location in Wilkes-Barre.

Police said the bandit was driving an early 2000s Ford Ranger flareside pickup truck.

Anyone who can identify the man or vehicle is asked to call Wilkes-Barre police at 570-208-4200.
