WILKES-BARRE &mdash; The latest Department of Health report on Tuesday showed 120 new cases of COVID-19 in Luzerne County and four new deaths. The death count is at 784.
				The new report brings the county&rsquo;s total cases to 29,256 since the pandemic began last year.
				Neighboring Lackawanna County has 17,067 cases and 448 deaths; Monroe County has 13,158 cases and 297 deaths.
				The Department of Health confirmed that as of Tuesday there were 4,577 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 1,113,868.
				Statewide percent positivity for the week of April 9&#8211;April 15, stood at 9.6%.
