Dallas-based Metz &amp; Associates has provided dining services to the school for several years. Support from the Metz family allowed for the recent expansion and renovation of the dining hall. The makeover included a hardwood floor, modern lighting and specially designed food stations. &lsquo;The students, faculty and staff are deeply appreciative of this gift and the Metzes&rsquo; support of Misericordia,&rsquo; MacDowell said. In addition to its dining services in schools, hospitals and corporate offices in several states, Metz &amp; Associates operates Ruth&rsquo;s Chris Steak House, Wolfgang Puck Express, Lucky&rsquo;s Sporthouse and T.G.I. Friday&rsquo;s locally.</p>
