First Posted: 1/9/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8212; William Allabaugh is serving time for a deadly Plymouth bar shooting, and now he&#8217;ll have to pay up, as well.
Allabaugh, 26, has been hit with a $100,706.66 clerk of courts judgment, according to documents filed Thursday in Luzerne County Court.
He pleaded guilty in October to criminal homicide and criminal attempt to commit homicide for the Sept. 9, 2012, incident in and outside of Bonnie&#8217;s Food and Spirits in Plymouth that left 39-year-old Scott Luzetsky of Edwardsville dead and Stephen Hollman, then 29, of Plymouth critically injured.
Judge Lesa S. Gelb sentenced him to serve 25 to 50 years behind bars, and to pay more than $99,000 in restitution.
Despite his plea, Allabaugh told the court he didn&#8217;t remember shooting anyone.

Allabaugh hit with $100k judgment
