The Boy Scouts of Pack 366 distributed the West Wyoming Borough newsletter to residents this past weekend. If any resident did not receive one they can pick one up at the borough hall or view it on the borough website.
Borough Administrator
West Wyoming Borough has an opening for a part-time borough administrator. Seeking strong, professional hands-on administrator, supervisory or administrative government experience including responsibility for oversight of departments and functions, payroll, community and public relations recommended. Must be proficient in QuickBooks and have knowledge of municipal accounting practices. EEOP. Sanitation Stickers
Sanitation stickers are now on sale at the West Wyoming Town Hall, weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. All residences in West Wyoming must purchase a sticker. The cost remains the same as last year, $200. 
If purchased before January 31, 2011, senior citizens (65 and older) will receive a $25. rebate ($175), all others receive a $15 rebate ($185). If purchased from February 1-28, 2011, the full price will be charged, $200. After February 28, 2011, the cost will be $300 for the year and citations will be filed with the District Magistrate for noncompliance with the Ordinance. 
This fee allows residents a weekly three container collection, weekly recycling, and the curbside yard waste composting and leaf program. There will be no bulk item pickup this year. Stickers are also available through the mail: West Wyoming Borough Building, 464 West 8th Street, P.O. Box 4035, 464 West 8th Street, West Wyoming PA 18644. For the added convenience of residents, Visa, MasterCard and Mac are accepted.
