Clarks Summit asks residents to sweep gravel in front of homes

<p>CLARKS SUMMIT &#8212; The borough is encouraging residents to sweep up cinders in front of their homes. Those who are willing to sweep the cinders into a pile, bags or buckets should call the borough at 570-586-9316, during the week of April 27 and the Despartment of Public Works will pick up and recycle the left over cinders.</p><p>The goal of the project is to help save money and resources and keep the gravel out of the water and landfills.</p>
