King’s has victory taken away

First Posted: 2/21/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Slocum Township man accused of manufacturing methamphetamine and possessing a pipe bomb was arraigned Friday in Luzerne County Court.
Christopher D. Cragle, 38, of Sleepy Hollow Lane in the Sleepy Hollow Trailer Park, pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial in the case.
Cragle, also known as &#8220;Cowboy,&#8221; has at least one other case currently open before the court.
U.S. Marshals arrested Cragle on Nov. 25 on a warrant charging him with skipping a court hearing on other meth-cooking allegations from April 2012.
Prior to his apprehension, drug agents from the state Office of Attorney General received information that Cragle was cooking methamphetamine inside the trailer.
He is facing three counts of possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and risking a catastrophe and one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction, possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
A pre-trial hearing has been set for 9 a.m. April 7.
