MR. JOSEPH S. PATOKA SR., 95, of Middlebury, Conn., died Saturday, March 24, 2012 at his home. He was born in Duryea. Among his survivors are his son, Joseph S. Patoka Jr., and his wife, Lucianne, of Glastonbury, Conn.
