First Posted: 3/27/2014 Girl Scout Junior Troop 32647, Dallas, earned their musician badge by attending two sessions at Arts YOUniverse in Wilkes Barre. Gina Malsky, director of Arts YOUniverse, tailored two programs for the scouts to learn about different types of music and they listened to music, sang and danced. Tracy Kaminsky and Erin Canedy worked with the girls on a performance that was presented to the families at the end of the two sessions. The scouts sang and danced to &#8216;It&#8217;s a Hard-Knock Life,&#8217; from the musical &#8216;Annie.&#8217; The scouts will be attending two more sessions at Arts YOUniverse to earn their drawing badge.
