First Posted: 7/29/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police are investigating the theft of mail that occurred on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The alleged thief was captured on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=1513988325479910&set=vb.1412343468977730&type=2&theater" target="_blank">surveillance video</a>.
Anyone who can identify the female in the attached video is asked to contact Patrolman Eugene Rittel at 570-208-6685.
