Dallas Webelos Scouts earn SuperNOVA Award

LA PLUME &#8212; Countryside Conservancy&#8217;s Trolley Trail Phase One from Clarks Summit to Dalton is now open and the organization is asking the community to help keep the experience positive by parking at correct locations when using the trail.Parking for the Trolley Trail is available at the new trailhead at the intersection of Ackerly Road and Waterford Road in Glenburn. It is also available in the upper lot of the Church of the Epiphany, the Dalton Municipal parking lot and the Ackerly Complex of Abington Little League fields. Handicapped parking is available at the trailhead and at the end of Arch Avenue in Glenburn.Parking is not allowed on Old State Road or at the former tobacco shop building across from the trail. Countryside Conservancy asks visitors to utilize designated parking areas only, respect private property and refrain from trail use in overly wet conditions.No motorized vehicles are permitted on the trail. A complete list of rules is posted at all trail gates.
