LEHMAN TWP. &#8212; Sydney Sobolewski came through with an RBI double in the top of the 10th inning to lift Crestwood over Lake-Lehman 3-1 in extras on Tuesday in WVC softball play.The Black Knights had tied the game in the bottom of the sixth with pitchers Colleen Borum of Crestwood (13 strikeouts) and Abbey Hogan of Lehman (five strikeouts) both going the distance.The game went into international tiebreaker rules in the 10th with teams getting to start each frame with a runner on second. Sobolewski (3 for 5) knocked one in for the Comets, who then picked up an insurance run on an error.Knights freshman Chloe VanGorder had two doubles.Nanticoke 4, Pittston Area 0Miranda Bohn hit a two-run homer in the fourth inning en route to Nanticoke&#8217;s win over Pittston Area.Leandra Ramos threw a complete-game shut out with eight strikeouts to pick up the win. Teammate Vanessa Tocket doubled for the Trojans.Pittston&#8217;s Taryn Ashby was 2 for 3 from the plate.Dallas 3, Berwick 1Maddie Kelley tossed a three-hitter for the Mountaineers, picking up the win without allowing a walk or an earned run while striking out three. Talia Szatkowski went 2 for 3 at the plate and scored twice.Moriah Lynn struck out eight without a walk for the Bulldogs and also went 2 for 4 with a triple.Tunkhannock 10, Coughlin 0Traci Kromko, Sydney Faux and Kailey Reposa led a 12-hit attack as Tunkhannock scored in every inning in its five-inning victory.All three girls had two hits. Kromko and Faux knocked in two runs apiece.
