&#8226; Police cited Tayquan Franklin, 29, with disorderly conduct for loud music at 294 Coal St. on Aug. 15.
&#8226; Flora Wilson, of Kent Lane, Wilkes-Barre, was cited with an open container of alcohol violation at about 5:30 p.m. Monday, when police allege she was urinating in the Wilkes-Barre Cemetery on River Street. Flora told police she was there to visit her father&#8217;s grave.
&#8226; Police charged Danielle Burgos, 24, of Wilkes-Barre, with false identification to law enforcement when she allegedly produced false information about her identity while police were investigating a disturbance at 52 N. Meade St. on Monday.
&#8226; Police charged Rachel Roeber, 30, of West Market Street, Kingston, with possession of a controlled substance after she was allegedly found with synthetic marijuana inside Boscov&#8217;s Department Store, South Main Street, on Sunday. Roeber was found sleeping at the jewelry counter, police said.
