Man charged with selling bogus tattoo gift certificates

First Posted: 3/7/2014 Lily Romanowski, a senior at Lake-Lehman High School, recently completed her senior project. She designed and developed a coloring book. Romanowski sold pages in her coloring book to sponsors who submitted a photo of their animal. She then turned that photo into a detailed drawing. Her finished coloring book had 32 drawings of pets from people throughout the community. Romanowski also designed the book with several blank pages to inspire children to draw a picture of their pets. She worked with a local printer to produce the coloring books and then sold them at craft fairs, church and at local pet groomer facilities. The proceeds from the coloring book benefited two organizations, the SPCA of Luzerne County and ACCT-Philly Animal Care and Control Team.
