John Zelonis’ ace at Emanon Country Club highlight of Thursday Night League

FALLS &#8212; John Zelonis&#8217; ace on the sixth hole at Emanon Country Club led the Red Mill to a 3-0 win over O&#8217;Connor Plumbing in the Thursday Night League. Zelonis shot an even-par 34 and Len Benfante shot a 35. Bob Lampman (37) and Jerry Gavin (38) led O&#8217;Connors.Falls Bridge Deli swept Central Air Freight, 3-0, behind Mark Eyet&#8217;s 36 and Jim Charney&#8217;s 38. Pip McDermott had a 38 for Central Air Freight.Ashley Machine defeated St. Stephen&#8217;s Booster Club, 3-0, with John Mulhern firing a 36 and Len Coleman shooting a 37. Bob Crofton Jr. lead St. Stephens with a 38.Bryan&#8217;s Contruction took down Selenski Insurance, 3-0, thanks to Tom Bryan Jr.&#8217;s 37 and Robbie Rosencrans&#8217; 42. Frank Plis was low for Selenski&#8217;s with a 41.Zelonis&#8217; ace was on the 152-yard sixth hole at Emanon. He used a seven iron. Witnesses were Alex Brogna, Sean Kerrigan and Jerry Gavin.
