KINGSTON &#8212; Residents of Kingston will get a chance to dispose of old tires and other unwanted petroleum-based products next week.Kingston will hold a community-wide &#8220;petroleum drop-off&#8221; from May 11 to May 15. Residents will be able to drop off old tires, as well as numerous chemicals at the borough&#8217;s Department of Public Works Municipal Warehouse, located at 455 Church Street, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day.Chemicals that will be accepted include motor oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, antifreeze and cooking oil. All liquids must be labeled and in air-tight containers. Paint cans will not be accepted.Proof of Kingston residency will be required to drop off items.
