<p>MOOSIC &#8212; Commuters on Interstate 81 north into Lackawanna County should expect delays this morning due to road work.</p><p>PennDOT crews are on I-81 northbound between Exit 182 (Davis Street/Montage Mountain Road) and Exit 186 (Drinker Street) for a patching project, PennDOT spokesman James May said in an email.</p><p>Crews began work at 4 a.m. this morning and are scheduled to be done by noon today.</p><style>
