Pockets of minor, heavy traffic congestion reported around area highways this morning

<p>Commuters could encounter some areas of traffic congestion on the ride into work this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported throughout Route 315, while minor congestion is reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. The South Cross Valley Expressway is also free of congestion.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, areas of minor congestion are reported on Kidder, Mundy and Spring streets.</p><p>Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Hazle Street is reporting minor congestion throughout the roadway.</p><p>Minor congestion is also reported on North Main, South Main, South Franklin and South River streets.
