HAZLETON &#8212; A Saturday complaint about drug dealing led police to a wanted man.Colin Fogarty Jr., 28, of Shenandoah, was arrested on warrant issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.Police were called to the area of South Poplar Street and Carleton Avenue at approximately 4:45 p.m. for a complaint about drug activity.A records check showed Fogarty was wanted. He was taken into custody and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
