Showers, thunderstorms expected into the midweek

PLAINS TOWNSHIP &#8212; Police were called to the area of South River Street near McDonald&#8217;s at 4:19 a.m. Sunday for a report of a male and a female possibly arguing/involved in a domestic dispute.On arrival, police made contact with David Wood of Kingston and Jessica Radogna of Wilkes-Barre.The pair were cited for public drunkenness and were transported home by cab.
