Man charged in sex assault

&amp;bull; Shanna Messersmith of Scott Street, Plains Township, reported someone stole her ATM card at 10:35 a.m. Sunday.
&amp;bull; Danielle Koriniskie, of Noble Lane, reported someone stole a purse from her Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was parked at her residence at 9:39 a.m. Sunday.
&amp;bull; Someone damaged several pews at St. Mary&amp;rsquo;s Church, 40 Park Avenue, by igniting fireworks on them at 12:55 p.m. Sunday.
&amp;bull; Marvin Howard and Jeffrey Smulligan were cited with breaking posted park rules after they were found sleeping at Kirby Park Friday.
&amp;bull; Lester Weeks was charged with public drunkenness at Ross and South Franklin streets Saturday.
&amp;bull; Robert Dyal reported he was approached by four black men who stole $10 cash from him at East Northampton and South Meade streets Sunday. The suspects fled on bicycles.
&amp;bull; Kris Maslowski, 28, of Plymouth, was charged with public drunkenness on Kidder Street at 12:18 p.m. Sunday.
&amp;bull; Ray Anselmi was charged with harassment and criminal mischief after he intentionally backed his vehicle into a car owned by Amy Peters at George Avenue and Govier Street Saturday.
&amp;bull; Kristen Murray reported someone stole her purse at Chackos on North Wilkes-Barre Boulevard Sunday.
&amp;bull; Bernard Bryant, 56, was arrested on evidence of drunken-driving charges after he fled from an accident at North River and West Market streets Saturday. Bryant was located at West Ross and South Franklin streets, where he showed signs of intoxication.
&amp;bull; Paul Cunningham, 44, was charged with public drunkenness on South Washington Street Saturday.
&amp;bull; Thomas Drozda was charged with criminal mischief after he smashed the windshield on his ex-girlfriend&amp;rsquo;s vehicle with metal knuckles on Blackman Street Sunday. His ex-girlfriend, Megan Curry, reported Drozda smashed the windshield to intimidate her.
&amp;bull; Joseph Thompson, 20, was stopped by officers on a call and found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Amber Lane and North Meade Street Sunday. Charges will be filed.
&amp;bull; Charles Jackson was charged with public drunkenness on Dagobert Street at 4:37 p.m. Saturday.
