<b>First Posted:</b> 8/12/2007<br><br>Joseph and Regina Flanagan, Laflin, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sheila Marie, to Robert P Sheils, III, son of Robert and M. Contance Sheils, Clarks Summit. 

The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School. She graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, with a Bachelor of Humanities and Arts Degree in Music and Professional Writing. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Newton, Massachusetts in 2002. The bride-to-be is employed as a Pro Se Law Clerk in the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. 
The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Scranton Preparatory School. He graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and American Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003. The prospective groom is employed as an associate attorney with Sheils Law Associates, P.C., Clarks Summit. 
The couple will be married on September 8, 2007
