Lions Club installs new member

DALLAS &#8212; Active Adult Centers sponsored by offer hot noon meals Monday through Friday to people 60 years of age or older. For participants age 60+ a $2.00 meal donation is gratefully accepted. The monies are needed in order to expand this program.The following is the menu for the week of May 25:MONDAY: Center closed for Memorial Day holidayTUESDAY: Chef salad with chicken, garden vegetable soup, whole wheat dinner roll, lemon pound cake, margarine, milk and coffee.WEDNESDAY: Salisbury steak, broccoli and red peppers, mashed potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, strawberries and cream, margarine, milk and coffee.THURSDAY: Barbecue pork, cucumber and tomato salad, Chuck Wagon corn, whole wheat dinner roll, diced pineapple, margarine, milk and coffee.FRIDAY: Stuffed pepper (rice in entr&#233;e), roasted red potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, Melba toast, cottage cheese and peaches, margarine, milk and coffee.
