First Posted: 9/12/2014 PLAINS TWP. &#8212; police responded to the River Grille on S. River Street at 12:41 a.m. Sunday for a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave the property.
Police encountered Dustin Barrett, of Exeter, who police said became irate after he was refused entry due to his visible intoxication.
Barrett was transported to his residence by police and will be cited with public drunkenness, police said.
