Dallas District budget could call for tax hike

First Posted: 6/23/2014 A Wayne County, Michigan, jury convicted a Mountain Top man on four out of five criminal sex charges, meanwhile, he has a trial pending in Luzerne County Court for similar charges.
David Zarn, 48, of Wright Township, was found guilty of criminal sexual contact with persons under 13, according to Wayne County Court documents.
Sentencing by Wayne County Judge Qiana Denise Lillard is scheduled for July 10.
Luzerne County prosecuters have charged him with aggravated assault of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child younger than 16, felonies in Pennsylvania, and corruption of minors, a misdemeanor.
