First Posted: 3/27/2014 WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The city late this afternoon filed notice it is seeking a court order to compel Cityvest, owner of the site of the former Hotel Sterling, to appear in court on the pending lien against the non-profit corporation that attempted to develop the property.
Last November the city filed a lien totaling $470,753 for the demolition and other related expenses it incurred regarding the property.
