Abundance of write-ins slow Luzerne County primary results

Heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon postponed the District 2 Class 3A softball championship game between Berwick and Nanticoke and changed the schedule for Thursday.There will now be a doubleheader at Wilkes University. The D2-2A championship game between Holy Redeemer and Lakeland has been moved up 30 minutes and will now start at 4 p.m. Berwick vs. Nanticoke will follow at 6 p.m.Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for students.
