&#8226; Township police filed charges Thursday against Mark Colasurdo, 31, of Drums.
Colasurdo faces charges of theft and fraud charges following an investigation into a theft from a Lee Park Avenue home in June, police said.
Police allege Colasurdo stole a Visa Check card from the home and used it several times. A preliminary hearing before District Justice Joseph Halesey will be scheduled.
&#8226; A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 19 before District Judge Joseph Halesey for Irene Pahler, 53, of Plymouth, on drunken driving charges.
Pahler was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and a single count of careless driving after police investigated a crash on state Route 29 on June 13. Pahler showed signs of being intoxicated after she crashed her car into a guide rail, police said.
