<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police Friday said Christopher Martindale, 31, of Parrish Street, Plymouth was arrested and cited for trespassing at the Sherman Hills apartment complex on North Empire Court. Police said officers saw Martindale drinking from a bottle of alcoholic beverage at approximately 11:40 p.m. and that he was highly intoxicated. Officers did a records&#8217; check and found out that he had no reason to be on the property, police said. Martindale was arrested, transported to police headquarters where he was also cited for public drunkenness and released to a sober adult, police said.</p>
