First Posted: 11/17/2014 Employees of Blue Cross of NEPA volunteered their time Monday morning to pack food bags at the Commission on Economic Opportunity, located inside the former Sunshine Market on Route 315 in Plains Township. As recently reported in a Times leader story, more than 7,600 families were served by CEO&#8217;s annual Thanksgiving Project in 2013, and director Rich Kutz expects that number to be surpassed by at least several hundred this year.
