UGI PNG announces natural gas rate hike

WNEP meteorologist Tom Clark said temperatures plummeted to 23 degrees as of 7 a.m. Wednesday. That was just 3 degrees shy of breaking the record low of 20 degrees set back in 1943.
It looks like the lingering chill will have another chance to break a record this month. Clark said the record low for April 17 was 23 degrees, set in 1908, and the forecast as of Wednesday afternoon predicted temperatures dipping to the mid 20s.
