DALLAS &#8212; The Metz family, owner of Metz Culinary Management in Dallas, has been recognized by Restaurant Business magazine&#8217;s &#8220;Power 20 &#8221; list.The annual ranking by the magazine focused on foodservice and restaurant family dynasties.&#8220;We are especially flattered to receive these honors as a family,&#8221; John C.
