KINGSTON &#8212; Cocaine with a street value of $14,500 was seized by investigators and two men were arrested Friday in a joint drug investigation by Kingston police and the state Attorney General&#8217;s Office.Members of the Kingston Police Special Investigations Division and the AG&#8217;s office arranged the purchase of cocaine in the Kingston Area, police said. Investigators seized approximately 145 grams of cocaine and arrested Wayne Thomas, 26, of Berwick and Brandon Martinez, 20, of Brooklyn, New York, police said.The men were charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were arraigned by District Justice Paul Roberts and, unable to post $100,000 each, were committed to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
