goes &#8216;Undercover&#8217;
Mohegan Sun tribal member Bruce &#8220;Two Dogs&#8221; Bozsum went undercover at the company&#8217;s casino/resorts in Plains Township and Uncasville, Conn., for an episode of the CBS show &#8220;Undercover Boss.&#8221;
The episode is set to air Friday, Jan. 10 at 8 p.m. on WYOU-TV.
Bozsum was chairman of the tribal council at the time the show was filmed as he prepared to pass the business on to the next chairman of the Mohegan Tribal Council, Kevin Brown. In the episode, Bozsum learns the high-stakes role of slot attending and nearly runs out of gas as he retrieves cars from the valet.

House OKs bills
reducing legislature
The state House of Representatives has approved two bills that would allow voters to reduce the size of the Legislature.
After lengthy debate a day after a series of amendments were offered and voted on, the House voted on House Bill 1234 to reduce the size of their own chamber to 153 members from 203. That vote passed 148-50. Members also voted 150-48 to approve House Bill 1716, which would reduce the size of the Senate from 50 members down to to 38.
The bills now move to the Senate, which is in recess until 2014.
To change the size of the legislature requires an amendment to the state constitution, which means the same bill must be debated and passed in two consecutive sessions, and subsequently approved by referendum vote of the people of Pennsylvania.
The Northeastern Pennsylvania delegation of the House overwhelmingly voted in favor of both bills.
On House Bill 1234, only Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Wilkes-Barre, voted against. He was also the only area representative to vote against House Bill 1716.

Judon files appeal
in Hazleton killing
Breon Davonne Judon remains committed to proving his innocence.
The Hazleton man, who was sentenced last week to life in prison for his role in the August 2012 beating death of 29-year-old Aaron Reznick, is appealing his conviction and sentence to state Superior Court, according to a notice of appeal filed Tuesday.
Judon was found guilty in October of second-degree murder, robbery, kidnapping and three counts of criminal conspiracy after a Luzerne County jury deliberated for nearly four hours at the conclusion of a six-day trial.
Co-defendant Mitchell Dedes pleaded guilty in August to third-degree murder, robbery and kidnapping, and was sentenced last month to serve 25 to 50 years in prison.
Judon&#8217;s attorney, Allyson Kacmarski, said during her closing argument at trial that she does not deny Judon was present the night Reznick was robbed and assaulted, rather that Dedes was the person responsible for Reznick&#8217;s death.
The only thing Judon is guilty of is not calling the police, Kacmarski argued.
