First Posted: 8/7/2013 Catherine and Carl Wasickanin celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on July 25, 2013. They were married at S.S. Peter and Paul Church, Plains Township, by the late Monsignor J.B. Pilney.
Mrs. Wasickanin chose Irene Herko as her maid of honor. Mr. Wasickanin chose the late Charles Bowman as his best man.
Together they had two children, Mark J. Wasickanin and the late Jill M. Viti.
They have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
An anniversary party, hosted by their son, was held for the couple on July 27, 2013.
