No. 25 Texas Tech upends Texas State 33-7

First Posted: 5/29/2013 (AP) A Brazilian court has ordered the release before trial for four people jailed since January for their alleged roles in a nightclub fire that killed 242 people.
They include two owners of the nightclub and two members of a band who police say caused the blaze by igniting a flare during their show. Prosecutors have charged the four with murder.
Two firefighters, meanwhile, face charges of evidence tampering for allegedly trying to show the club passed fire inspections. An accountant and a former partner of the nightclub are charged with perjury.
Trial dates haven't been set.
Police have said minimum safety measures were not in place in the nightclub. They say soundproofing foam on the ceiling released a toxic smoke when it burned, which is what killed the victims.
